I love them. I have been to a few, some not too good, and some brilliant. I wish that I had listened to one particular medium who gave me some good (definite) advice. I would have saved myself and my children a lot of hurt and upset. What she told me came true. Deanna |

I had an experiance when I was 10, I was stood looking out of the windowat home, when I saw a car come crashing down the embankment by our house, but nothing was there, I told my mom, she said that I had been day dreaming as usual, then 2 weeks later in the night it happened, unfortunatly an elderly lady died as a result of the accident... Make of it as you wish, but that is what realy happened. Bev |

I shall give a for instance, about twelve months ago my wife got some messages off a medium which nobody else could have known they were so accurate. The last one was a bit confusing the medium asked her if she could take a message from somebody called Ted or Teddy she said no I dont know anybody with that name,She came home and I had had a definate link that evening on genes off a relative of my wife's in Australia who we had never heard about before. This relative was the daughter of my wife's grandmothers brother. And when she sent us the information for her tree her father was called Edward known as Ted or Teddy!!!! It was so uncanny that I made link the very same night that she had message in spiritual church. Davex |

Do those who are in the spirit world need to be mediums to contact the material world? Len |

The Bible (From a Channel 4 documentary) The answer to ‘Who wrote the Bible?’ turns out to be complex. For a start, the Bible isn’t a single book, but contains 66 separate books which were collected over something like 1,200 years. Christians and Jews have usually been careful to say that the scriptures weren’t delivered from a passing cloud, but were, they believe, written, edited and compiled by human beings under the inspiration of God Take the Five Books of Moses, which open the Bible and include the world-famous stories of the creation, the Garden of Eden and Noah’s flood. Known in Hebrew (the language they were written in) as the Torah, these books contain the foundations of Judaism and Christianity. It turns out that the Books of Moses weren’t written by Moses at all, but by four anonymous writers, each with his own particular view to promote. These writings were only brought together when an Israelite king found them useful to promote his political agenda, many centuries after the time of Moses. Says Professor Beckford: “King Hezekiah turned the Bible into a party political manifesto for monotheism. He definitely knew something about spin.” len |

I think all psychics/mediums are frauds but some people don't share my opinion. I don't believe that there is an afterlife. Lucia :-) |

My Father is A Clairvoyent (he doesnt do it for a living or anything like that) and over the years he has told people things that have ended up being very true, he also sees things and senses them and can hold something that belongs to a person who he hasnt even met and tell you all about them, I think he has a special gift that he has used to help people many times over the years. One time many years ago I had no money left to pay a bill and was really worried about it and never told anyone and then out of the blue my father turned up having not seen or spoke to him for a few weeks and he gave me ten quid and left a cheque on the fire place without me knowing ( I found it later after he had gone home) for the exact ammount that i needed. When I phoned and thanked him and said how did you know, he just said you should know you cant hide anything from me! there was no way he could have known as I hadnt seen or spoke to him and I was too embarassed to tell anyone. I have also been to see a couple of mediums over the years and they have been spot on. I also believe in the afterlife. Marie |

There are far to many so-called 'mediums' who prey on vulnerable people who 'hear' what they want to hear. I have no doubt that there may be genuine mediums but until i meet one i will remain skeptical. |

I was going to see a medium recently but when I got there, the hall booked for it had been cancelled, although the advert was in the paper, she told me the medium had put the ad in before he booked it!! Shouldn't he have 'known' it was already booked?! I don't think i'll bother again! By the way, does anyone know the significance of white feathers, if you find one? I'd be interested to know. :0) Joan |

Len I hardly think chanel 4 is a reliable commentator on the bible. And who is this professor Beckford? Hezekiah didn't write any of the bible. Dave |
