Hope there is Butterfly everybody surely hopes that they will meet up with loved ones in afterlife so we hang on to that thought Dx

I believe in life after death but I am highly suspicious of mediums/ psychics.

I feel they are all bogus. The problem is that you, I or tom cobley can set ourselves up as mediums. Has been demonstrated time and again that people are easily conned by anyone with a resonable amount of skill. I know quite a number of people in this line - from a previous occupation - they are fakes, although they wouldn,t admit ot to you. There may be genuine ones, but I have yet to meet one. Sorry to be so negative, because that is not what people want to hear. Happy days

I really want to believe in life after death but my only concern is how can you be reunited with your loved ones? You may have been married twice and loved both husbands? I would love to believe I was going to be reunited with my mum & dad too. As for pyschics/mediums, I'm really not sure. I've seen quite a few and have never trusted any bar one - she told me all sorts that came true and also gave me my grandfathers name and gave me the last scene I saw my father - and the circumstances of his death so I did believe in her. I didnt believe in mediums either but my two daughters are psychic and dont think they would pull the wool over my eyes about it. Dx

No not really Anne and they dont go in to it much either the younger girl is especially so and has to 'zip up' because she often feels and see's relatives she seen my Dad and my wifes Dad and can sense other beings as well, she could do it at a Spiritual church but chooses not to! Dave

I went to spiritual church couple of times when my brother died five years ago hoping to get some sort of message but it didnt happen. Dave

I have seen a Ghost though about 18 years ago we were driving to Devon at night and was on motorway in dark spot near Staffordshire from the central reservation a man in Dark clothing walked across and into my headlights I braked hard and passed through him it was a ghost no doubt about it. My wife was sat at the side of me in car and said why did you brake so hard was it the man in the road I said yes we both knew we had seen a ghost then because there was no way that I could have missed him, I was sweating profusely but have never neen frightened of ghosts since. Really ?- i think they say what you want to hear, from that you draw the interpretion that you want. My brother died, and I would no more want to 'contact' him through a medium than I would like to jump from a plane without a parachute! If he wanted to say it to me /want me to know , then he'd have told me before he died.What is left unsaid is best that way. What i do believe in , not life after death, is peace after death. jess

Dave I would love to go to the Spiritualist Church but haven't plucked up courage yet. Would be disappointed if didn't get a message! As for ghosts, would love to see one - my brother was a real sceptic but swears he's seen a ghost. Debby
