I don't think it would stand up today but does anyone else remember, Meet The Huggets? We were one of the first in our street to get TV in 1952 & the neighbours used to come in to watch. How about The Quatermass Experiment, I wasn't allowed to watch but I would peer through the door behind their backs. I certainly remember Tugboat Annie - our family name is Brennan! Also remembered, 'Fury' - about a black horse; RinTinTin; the Lotte Reiniger 'shadow' fairy tales; Singing-ringing-tree - gloriously spoofed on the Fast Show. There was also nothing worse during a rainy summer holiday than 'Robinson Crusoe' with its dreary theme tune and subtitles! The original Basil Brush was brilliant! Happy days!

The thing about the A-Team was (IMO) that it was gloriously rubbish, which is why I liked it. Haven't seen it in years, so there is the chance that if I saw it now, I may be disappointed.
