How worrying for you, you seem to have a lot to deal with . If you have a reasonably up to date photo of your mum, try taking it to your local paper and ask them if they can help, they just might. i do hope you find her soon. please phone the police as she is very vulnerable, they can not ignore that. Shirley Ann.

Diana, I think I understand some of your concern, as my own mother was in a very similar position to how you've described your father at present. It's not an easy task to deal with those problems, and you need to speak to his GP first and ask to be put in touch with Social Services. A proper referral from your GP will get much quicker results. The GP will also be able to advise on how you can go about helping your Mother, as well as seeing that your own health is taken care of. You ALL need help from someone who understands the full picture, including all the implications for the future, as well as the practical side of now. Please don't be a heroine and try to cope with this all by yourself. You'll end up a nervous wreck, and you don't need that. You owe it to yourself as much as to your parents to take care of yourself as well. Best of luck, Love, CB >|< XX
