Carol and Sandra dont apologise, chat away its fine by me,lol Germaine As I say I usually go on the train that leaves Preston just after 9 a.m. If you happen to be on that train wear a daffodil or something lol. I will be the short fat white haired female getting on at Leyland. The very first meet up that we had in Manchester, we all carried Teddy bears so that we knew each other. Pat and Julie I'm pleased you weren't put off at the last meet up. Sorry Brenda that you will miss but I'm sure Cyprus wins hands down. I'm so glad to see the rest of you are coming again. June xx |

Thanks June. I wasn't sure where to get off the train Now I do. I know Derek won't come he will probably be at work anyway till mid morning, but will see if my friend next door is off work. Doesn't worry me coming on my own got used to that years ago and now Amanda has the kids she can't just take off like she used to . Looking forward to putting faces to names. Germaine x |

Gloria, If you decide to come from Leyland, allow plenty of time for parking, usually its easy but on the run up to Christmas it gets quite busy on a Saturday. Carol, I hope your numbers come up. Is it worth buying extra tickets, lol Yes if its anything like last time you were over, a brolly is a necessity. June xx |

Will try to come June. Good news about the train, we live in Ulnes Walton so it would make sense to get it from there or Chorley, and parking is easier at Leyland station. Gloria x |

Germaine. I usually go by train (saves the cost and the trouble of parking),they run every hour from Preston, I get on the 9.13 at Leyland. There is a free bus outside Piccadilly Station that takes you into the town Center. If you would like to bring a friend or husband, please do. June xx |
