Once established in a post they will be very difficult to unseat. The may have original ideas that remaim unexpressed simply because they indeed relish holding onto a favorable postion. March 31 People can be difficult to work with as they tend to be argumentative and demanding of co-workers. But those born on this day are above all very realistic about the postions they hold and shrewd enough to guarentee their survival in the job jungle. March 31 People are comfortable as the boss, but really do better as associates or partners, where their talents for innovation and creative thought can contribute to a team effort.
