I'm gutted, to say the very least, just to think it was about to come together... Plan B then - start looking at nursing homes for Mum, what i so didnt want to have to do. promised her i never would. |

Jess, I know its a really stressful time for you at the mo with this but hang in there.. if they are bright enough to realise that the people at the top will save them a lot of waiting then your ready to go. Fingers crossed for you hun. Debs x |

In order for us to complete a chain,the person at the top has offered to buy the botton House (thats our purchaser). Our stupid STUPID Purchaser now has said she want to go and look at another one and will the top person in our chain still buy hers? As the agent has explained to her, No they wont, they will only buy hers if she buys ours.... Apparently she will be asked for a decision on friday - is she going with mine, or the other one.... Please cross EVERYTHING that she goes with mine (the other house is identical, £5 more but has a consevatory) deflated Jess x ************************* Well , today is ''the day''. Our potential purchaser must decide if she is having my house or not (with the top of the chain buying hers to complete the chain) If She doesn't commit today THE OFFER IS OFF. Have a huge lump in my chest - or it feels that way- Pretty pretty please , if you have it CROSS IT FOR US! |
