Yes Christine ok when I said that I hadn't read the answers lol. Yes you are right its Ingrid Bergman my favourite she was in Spellbound, Notorious, Under Capricorn She would be one of my all time great actresses. Hitch liked his blondes hence Kim Novak (liked her), Janet Leigh, Doris Day, Tippi Hedrin, Marlene Dietrich etc., Pat x |

Yes Ingrid Bergman was a brilliant actress. Liked The Birds and Marnie films but I never thought Tippi Hedren was a very good actress. Is she the one that is Melanie Griffiths mother? Think she runs a sanctuary for Big Cats now doesn't she? Christine |

WOW woke up or got yourself off the floor then mate LOL no I shall behave Ingrid she is one of the best. People say some actors of actresses that have presence are great but they are not great actors and actresses, i think Bette DAvis especially and Ingrid take some beating. Don't know if there is anyone who can beat them today :-( Can't remember you may be right Christine know Tippi has a famous daughter, Tippi isn't really an actress she was a model she looked good and sometimes Hitch got caught up with that rubbish. Blimey John lol well done reckon the butler has earned his keep tonight :-))) Does it spur you to watch more Hitchcock films then? Pat x |

Hi crew Pat I wouldn't be popular with others at home if I was on the computer all afternoon and it is your early morning. I doubt I will be watching any of Hitch's films during the Christmas period. Last year and early this year one of the channels had a programme called 'Vault' or something like around eleven at night through to two in the morning with a local host introducing the featured film making relevant comments. It featured several of Hitchcock's films I never got to watch them although I did tape 'The Birds' which I still haven't watched it. I don't think I would popular with my wife if I put on the tape as she doesn't like horror films. Anyway where is our host Winter? Is she lost in Narnia? Speaking of Narnia, I won the complete set of 'The Chronicles of Narnia' in a radio competition - the question asked was to name the music the station was playing along with the male and female leads - the answer being 'Exodus' with Paul Newman and Eve Marie Saint.
