I seem to have 'won' an extra kilo???. Dont understand as I have cut down.

JULES Don't worry about that rogue kilo. A woman's weight fluctuates at different times of the month anyway. Keep persevering and you should find that you lose the kg you won along with another kg. ANNE Well done! You LOST weight, that's the main thing, it doesn't matter how much. Just remember that the slower you lose the weight, the less likely you are to put it back on! BUTTERFLY Well done! To get through the peckish time I don't think you can go wrong with a piece of fruit or some raw vegetables. Oh... and try drinking lots of water too. Tip - water is boring but sparkling water is a bit more interesting and is even better if you squeeze half a lemon or lime or even a tangerine into it! I discovered this last summer through experimentation because I was so fed up with water. I cannot have 'diet' drinks because nutrasweet/aspartame sets off my asthma.

Can I please brag I have lost a total of 2stone since end september....now try that and work in a bakery!!!!! I find that going out a 6.45 in the morning is much too early for breakfast so I have something around 11, slice of brown bread with cuecumber and toms. lunch of instant nodles and a normal dinner of a night...loads of veg though. I have been eating fruit till it feels like is't coming out of my ears. Yes its a bore at times but have gone from a size 16 to size 12 and it feels great...just roll on summer and those little strappy tops Lynn

I've lost 5lbs this week. But better than that... Last night someone noticed how much I'd lost and complimented me on how good I look :0) YAY!
