Some of you will already know that Donna has had more than her fair share of health problems over the years. Following on from the other evening, she has now spoken to her family and close friends, and has asked me to let all her GR friends know what is going on. Donna has been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma which is a type of cancer. However, her consultant has acted very quickly and she is already starting medication and treatment, and the prognosis is good. She is very positive and upbeat, and is determined to do exactly what the medical staff tell her! Donna is understandably taking a little break from GR but will definitely be returning in the not-too-distant future. She would like me to thank everyone for all their emails and messages, and apologises that she can’t answer them all at the moment because things are obviously a bit hectic. Mandy xx |
