Good Morning to all. I do hope you are all doing well and Joy, that you got over the stressful temptation! And if you DID give in, well you can always start again. Dont be despondent. I wonder how much money, collectively, you have all saved since you quit? A Happy Stress-free Sunday to everyone. Maybe you could pop in and tell us how you are doing...XXX BC

6 weeks and 1 1/2hours without a cigarette. 1 week without and gum or other aid to quitting. Have saved £83 so far. Smokers who come to my house now have to stand at either the front or back door.

How is everyone doing? I have had my mum staying with me for the last 6 weeks and hubby and I agreed last night that if we could get through that without smoking, we have really cracked it lol! 12 weeks for me, and doing great! $958 saved and as we both smoked you could double that!

Day 3 completed without using any gum. Got really peed off with the kids and my OH earlier and could have easily accepted a ciggy had I been offered, but there was no-one around me that smokes, so lucky for me. Joy
