Well it is the first time I have though of cigarettes today.. posting this.. Does help having BC on our tail though..I don't think I would dare.lol.. Many thanks for the support, would not have been this far forward if it wasn't for the encouragement.. Grayxx |

Well done to you all, I know how hard it is---I gave over 31yrs ago and haven;t had one since. Believe me, if I can do it you can too. Food begins to taste of something and you start to notice the 'smell' of tobacco on others, and it doesn't smell nice. Did we used to smell like that---yes. Keep it up, you can do it. Gloria |

well done, guys I have been 8 weeks now and doing well. I guess about once a day I will think oooohhh I'd like a .......oh no i don't! The most amzing thing is that now i can smell a smoker. I walked into my office today and one of the guys who smokes was in front of me, and it smelled so strong. I hate to think i used to smell like that! |
