By 7:30 pm it will be 9 weeks since I had a cigarette. Opened the tin I have been saving my money in today and there was £155 in there. I've treated myself to some trendy new clothes and some bling. I'm going to look good when I go see my favourite group on 1st April. Joy |

It will be 8 weeks next monday since I had my last cigarette. I started on the patches but I kept forgetting to put them on!. So I've been without patches now for 4 weeks and managing ok. Don't feel the need for a smoke as much, except maybe after a really big meal, if we've been out. The only downfall for me is that I have put on 11 lbs since I stopped smoking. Have now registered with the local Slimming World to try and get the excess weight off, plus a bit more!! lol Congratulations for everybody else who has managed to stop lately, you are all doing well. Manda :-) |

Hi, I stopped for 3 weeks last year and then started again! Silly I know.. Anyway my last smoking day is going to be the 9th March, my son who will be 13 on the 10th has asked and begged me to pack in the 'cancer sticks'.. So I have promised that my 1st non smoking day will be his birthday.. Debs x |
