Keen to get on with my jobs today Then I can come back here and play Later on I’m having a blood test Better make sure I look my best Mild and dull the weather here Rain for later is promised, I fear Not what we want when we go for our walk Good job that my little dog can’t talk Oh dear, if she could I fear she’d say ‘I don’t want to go out in that today’ |

Popped in again,( have an afternoon free.) hope your blood test is OK, Dee. Quantities of rain are pouring down. I'm off for a walk with a bit of a frown. Race my dog down a muddy footpath. When he comes home he will need a bath! |

Taking a few moments to decide shall I go for a nap or out for a ride Unlike Chrispy, no walk in the mire walking in mud is really dire Verily hope the blood test went well dearest Dee do come and tell When I give blood you can feel the tension my veins collapse at the mere mention |

Xpect to get the test results next week (the sight of the needle made me go all weak) You’ll never guess what the nurse did say!! She wants my BP checked another day Zactly what they think is wrong, who knows It’s all part of being an older woman, I suppose. |

Xpect you're the same as me Blood test, I cry, there's no veins to see! Z ero sample they usually get, and so painful so it goes on, until they get a thimble full A gony my arm is when they've done Gawd, I hope I don't have to give another one! But still the nurse tries and tries really brings tears to fill my eyes! |

Felt really good when I walked my mile. My dog is so 'sparky' he makes me smile Goodness me, Dee you don't seem old. You really never should have told Have to confess I'm an older woman too, Had my blood pressure checked - just like you I also have hot flushes- and they are a pain!. Oh I wish I could be thirty again! Just don't tell anyone else what I've said. and now I really am off to bed. |

Keep coming back to add some more before I go back out of the door Looks like our cupboards are rather bare off to the shops, without a care Might be back later, with a quiz that will get you all in a tizz |

Nobody around again today theyr'e far too busy to pop in for their say Only takes a minute or two to add a few words, like I do Perhaps it's time to call it a day let it sink and fade away Questions we do need to ask if we are to continue with this task |

Reluctant to see your thread disappear. It has been going since the New Year. Sad not to see Mrs Puddleduck NZ coming back to this thread. Then we have lost Anthony how can we get them back Dee? Unless other people add a line we'll lose this thread over time |
