Nighty night all Been watching the 20/20 cricket - again too one- sided. The Ozzies are brilliant. It was a lot of fun to watch though. We pretended it was a state-of-origin footy match - we had pizza for dinner and then vegged out in front of the telly! Well - watching cricket sure wears you out. It's bed for me! Welcome back Jude DIY - I'd love to see some pickles of the house. You sure have been working hard. Yvette - do you have ancestors from Wales or do you just have a cousin living there? My Dad's family are from all over Wales and Herefordshire and originally the Forest of Dean. See you all tomorrow X Anna

Evening All. Another warm one here today, but it's now cooling off a bit. Lara, hugs for Mike and I know what you are going to go through, lol. Terry had a knee replacement 5 years ago. Tell Mike that Terry has skiied in Europe every year since (much to his surgeon's disgust). He just has to remember to do his physio. Watching the 20/20 cricket at the moment. It's a real slog fest. Yummy, Yvette, that sago sounded great. Wonder if they'll give us some of that at the South Pole. All you lot going to the mini meet tomorrow, have a great time. Wattie hasn't turned up yet, so I hope he isn't lost in transit :-( Back later HRH Dr Lew Lew

Julie - I think its just a goodnatured joke between friends!!! (bit of a conversation piece too!) Glenda, you won't know yourself being able to get on line whenever you want instead of queuing up! .. I'd hate that! Hey, I've just had dinner and I'm still hungry! .. My option is have my xmas chocolates :(( - well come on, give us a break, I've gotta eat them SOME time! lol Seems like it Fanny - surely not you and moi????? Jood

Hi JudeDIY and welcome back. Would love to see your piccles please. Lara - hope Mike's op went well. You'll have to do what I did during my second pregnancy when I had to rest lots - I'd get up to go to loo and get drink, food or whatever on way back and told Dayna while I'm up if you want anything you ask now cos when I sit back down that's it - none of this running around after the patient - the patient fits in with the carer - lol Well ladies have a great lunch tomorrow. Ducky we expect a full report from you - no excuses - missing you heaps and the bugs keep biting of a night without your message. Worked till lunchtime today and knew when I got home that I wouldn't do anymore tidying up - now I'll have to be extra good tomorrow - at least wardrobe guy not coming till 5.30 - I'll probably be so kn*****ed by then I'll be flat out on the bed - lol Daughter gets home from Kuala Lumpur tomorrow arvo too - they'll probably all arrive at the same time. Lew - have a great hol - sounds fab - not sure about the wet landing, tho that explains the gum boots. Hz - enjoy your little break - even tho you'll still be working some of it. Son has hooked me up so we can both be on the net at the same time - actually we have 3 going at mo - sure saves fighting over it. Getting to the time to think about food so I'll catchya later Gwenda

Hi Honeys (wattlers) I is home. Have read the last 20 pages and can't remember all that you lot have been up to but it has been very entertaining. Thank you all for xmas/new year cards and wishes -muchly appreciated. Glad you are back (for a little while) Jood from your gallivanting looking forward to catching up in Bendigo. Hope you have a wonderful time HRH Lew - hope the heating works on the ship though! lol Glad its you - I don't like ships and you wouldn't get me going not even to see the sea and ice down sarf. Princeth Laurie you will coming back for a holiday - sure the MIL isn't a nasty pastie Stepmother in disguise and she thinks you are cinders! Fluffy duck come back and chat you have been greatly missed. See the cat has lost out a couple of times on numbers - aahhhh they been picking on you Jules pmsl. See Mary has been merry - love it. (I knew I should have taken notes - mind has just done a blank) Well seems ages ago now but had a very cold, noisy Christmas day with the mad lot I'm related to. I swear I'm getting a 'grumpy old woman' my family only seem to know one volume very loud - but I love them all. Ken and I spent a very quiet new years - couldn't see the fireworks in Melbourne from the balcony - too smokey visibility was down to a couple of kms.We had to go home to look after Cleo as Jon was out for the night. We spent 2 lovely weeks pottering around the money pit, put in secondhand windows in the laundry and bathroom, finished relaying the floorboards (finally), and the lounge is now painted I'm getting quite good at manipulating a 1.5m pole to paint the 3.5m ceilings - my chiro loves me and will continue to do so until we have finished the 3 bedrooms and the hall! lol. Have some pics if anyone is interested to see the progress. The garden is looking beautiful its mulched heavily and only needs a little bit of water once a week - most of the plants are very drought tolerant (but have got some perennials that have done really well - for the first time ever I planted some hollyhocks they are now 2.5m tall!) and have thrived have given them quite a bit of seasol to kick them on. We went to Shepparton for a day - well sort of got there at 12.30 had lunch a quick squiz around the shops and 2.30pm headed back to Alexandra - I said to Ken I've had enough of shops and people - he almost made me run back to the car. Too long out of the big smoke hehehehe, I was hoping to catch up with the Lovely Lara but she had a friend staying and was trying to organise Michaels stay in Hospital. Best wishes to Michael you will be back playing golf in no time flat. Well must away - its taken me all afternoon to get this written ~~~~~~~ hi to everyone - talk to you tomorrow xxx jude diy
