Morning all Man here doing my head in with his jackhammer! We have concrete cancer in the piece of concrete that goes under our garage door - so it's being jackhammered out as we speak! I had dinner ready for the pot this evening when the young lass, Chahinaz, from downstairs came up to say 'Dont cook dinner tonight - mum is cooking dinner for you' So I sat down with a chardy in hand waiting . . . and up comes this most magnificent Lebanese feast I have ever seen. The girl can certainly cook. It was all so yummy . . . we tried but couldn't stack it all in so kept some left overs for both of us for lunch tomorrow. Off to roll into bed - so . . . Evening all Merle glad himself liked the wishes. Another warm day today and a warm night expected, tomorrow 30, still havent got the thunderstorm they were predicting :-((((((((( I hate the heat, knew I should of run to Hobart and jumped into Lew's luggage. Not going to try and watch the tennis tonight as I went to bed to watch Lleyton last night got down to the last one or two games and fell asleep, woke up and it was a women match on, was not happy, but at least he won :-) Its been 3 months since I got my teeth out and as I hadnt heard from the dental hospital, I rang them to see where my vouchers were and they told me they have a few to get through and it will be either Feb or March before I get the voucher :-(((((((( more waiting. Ok ~~~~~ to all~~~~ nice to see you Trifley, thinking of you Pam, Tony can I have some pills that give me a bit of calm and patience to get through next 4 days Pleeeeeaaaaassssseeee. Cheers Sue

Glad you are safe and sound Jood. Merle - I would have cried too big ((((HUGS)))) JudeDIY - that is incredible - 3 little wattlers born the same day. Wonder if we have any other coincidences like that? I thought a trashy novel sounded good Gwenda so I grabbed a book - science fantasy - and promptly went to sleep also!!! just finished dinner. Isn't the breeze lovely but hope we get some rain. Looks like we might travel through Geelong Tony on our way to the Great Ocean Road. I know it is the long way to SA but I have always wanted to go and see that part of the coast. :) ~~~~~~~~~ to all. My dishwasher is a dream :) Vonny

Sorry Laurie, for not ringing earlier - bad connection on mobile, Cheri said it must be because of the storms. Poor old Marie got a very garbled noisybackground msg. (I dont have your email on daughters computer, so had to msg you on here.) To all, I got here at 2.30pm, but naturally the girls (7 & 8) wanted to help Dot (that's my name) carry all the cases in, dunno if it was coz they thought (knew) I had stuff for them tee hee - I've only just rescued my phone from the car and the last bit of junk. Kids insisted I go in the pool. Very tired, I is, not because of the drive, but because I was awake from 3.30, worrying about the affairs of the world, well, 2 problems I had - silly me! Girls are in the bath, giggling as little girls do, Mum is starting dinner, Dad not home from work yet, and Jude, well I think I'll be having an early night (but not before I read all the wattle happenings) Love to all Great to hear about Lew's escapades.
