Evening Wattlers Im Baaack Have not read the thread yet soooo I dont know what has happened, hope everyone is well. We survived Hobart and managed to get back over the border just before the gate was locked hee hee. Played up a bit at the motel, but what else do you expect when you have 8 women, no men and all between 44 and about 65, and I aint saying no more, but we was roaming from room to room as we had 4 rooms and of course they werent all next to each other, and we did have a couple of drinks, dont know what the blokes in the room opposite were thinking when they saw us going from room to room some in their nighties, Ok off for another drink and a read for probably an hour to catch up :-))))))) Cheers Sue

Hi Mary I heartily agree. when things get too much around here I can disappear into another world. Specially now he has his own games puter in the kitchen at tha OTHER end of the house. Have just been and done the shopping and we're sitting down to a large coffeeand the most expensive but extra yummy French Vanilla Slice.mmmmmm Now I know it's not strictly diabetics food but that makes it all the tastier.Anyway its fluffy's special day so had to celebrate didn't we. Thats my story anyway. Cat, did your photo arrive? I'm sure you're lurking around somewhere.

Hi everyone,, Just home from the hospital as John is in need of a sleep so left him to it,,Will see him in the morning,, He has got all his tubes and appendages out and is now free to explore the ward..LOL The Doc came and saw him and said not to expect things to get back to normal straight away and even then there is no guarantee he will be any different,, am still praying for that miracle, There is one little thing that seems to have improved and that is he can cope with someone running their finger up the sole of his feet,, One little improvement, so lets hope its one of many,, Merle Thanks for the lovely pickle of Yourself and Himself and family..Nice to see who you are talking to..Glad Himself is feeling a little better and you are getting stuck into your tree..I find FH keeps me sane... Tony Just loved the poem for Mudgee,, You are a clever little VB tablet.. Now the important message... HAPPY BIRTHDAY DUCKIE,,, MY BEAUTIFUL ONE..Love Mels pressie..aint she lovely...xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Queenie Relax in Never Never Land and come back when you are back ,,,Just remember this is the end...yyyyaaaaayyyyy Jude DIY What are you doing at work on sat.. get back to the H,,,k,,,lol Are you going up to the Money Pit this weekend.. Loz Isn't TLR a clever boy,, glad the white goods are working again.. perhaps next time when they die you can get a new one.. Heather.. Are you telling me that they have finished the by pass..I don't believe it..after all this time. Will make it so much quieter staying in a motel on the highway now,, The squeaking and screaming or the Semi's brakes used to keep us awake all night..then when you drive through to go to Melb. if you got in the wrong lane you could find yourself heading off to somewhere you didn't want to go,,All the more of a pain when you are towing a van,lol lara So glad to hear that Jamie is so much improved,, a blooming miracle I would say. Poor Billie,, he is a bit of a worry,, I hope you find a solution for him,, Anna Enjoy the family history,, do you go to the library or do you have another place you go,, Ja Hope you are not working but having a rest this weekend.. Flakey Its great to be retired and once you have thing organised you will have so much time to do what you want to do,, its just great,,do the study sorting slowly and relax,,,remember you do not have to have it done by 5pm...clock off time..lol Sandra How come I don't have as much washing as I used to when we had the house..don't understand it.. but I like it,,lol Gwenda Don't work to hard... I am enjoying the rest before the OH comes home , but the drive over to the hospital is a really yukky one and will be glad when he is home and don't have to go there again, Love to all and will get back later.. Mary xxxxxx

Himself is looking half way well and I've been doing F H . and finally worked out how to add more then ten children onto Legacy which I'm working on at home, Found a rellie who married at 12yrs and had fourteen children. Died fairly early. Can't understand why!!! We went to a small evening B-B-Q last night .got there 6pm back home by nine. Himself really enjoyed it and wasn't too worn out. He slept well though. Quack Quack Fluffy Duck, HAPPY BIRTHDAY Have a really really nice day today Pam. ((hugs)) Morning all, well I’ve been to the gym today I fell off the wagon there for a while getting so tired and busy at New Year, but have got back up on the horse and I must say after a workout and a shower I feel great. I will try to go one early morning next week – the old bod has protested greatly at 6am starts lately. Tony if you were coming through Albury in a month the new Highway would be open! I think they are talking about March 5th, six months ahead of schedule! It’s really ugly to us town people not used to such monstrous roads, but we’ll get used to it. Anyone familiar with Albury would know how painful it has been to have all those B-double transports through town all day and night. The through-pass should make quite a bit of difference to traffic patterns. 7 am on a Friday – yep, perfect timing at our shop, no problems getting a park at that time and the coffee shop nearby (Hudson’s) will have been open for half an hour! Will be excellent for Baz and I to catch up with you and Barb again however briefly. I'll pm you later today with a mud-map. Lol about “retirement” Flakey, I’ve heard so many people say they’ve never been busier, but what fun. But it’s your own schedule now, don’t forget to give yourself a day off now and then ( the blokes sure know how to !) Lara nice to hear about Jamie, I remember when that accident happened. You sound good too, and don’t worry Billie will find a friend to take care of him – maybe a local teenager would visit him everyday for food and walkies? Better not get too far behind my Saturday routine, ~~~~~~~~~ to all, Hz

good morning all Happy Birthday to you Happy Bithday to you Happy Birthday dear Duckie Fluffy Pam Happy Birthday to you . Have a lovely day it was so nice talking to you this morning , please come and say hello on here again soon. To all that remembered Jamies story yes it's great to hear he is getting better slowly but surely. Flaky I can't remember if I congraulated you on your freedom yet if not I am now congatulations to you and Roy. Now you will be so busy you will wonder how you ever fitted work in . We have a major dilema now in this family for Cassie's wedding we have a very spoilt (our fault) much loved little boy called Billie and we have no idea what we are going to do with him , while we are in Fiji for 5days , we will not put him in a kennel , he would have a heart attack being locked in cage , he can't stay at Cassie's she is getting a house sitter that works so she will lock Sampson (Cassie's Golden Retriever) out side all day again Billie would have a stroke locked out all day especially with Sampson who wants him to play all the time and Billy doesn't know he is a dog and won't play . We have thought of shouting my girlfriend a trip up there to mind him at the van park where will have the van but we don't know if she will yet, the message is Don't spoil your dog it makes a rod for your Back ,.I guess by August something will come along to help us solve the problem. Mary hope John is okay and on the mend . sorry got to go and pick up the son and heir so will say c u later on tonight bye Love Lara
