I'm not observant enough to know if there is any name changes, but I thought I had seen a few bling changes, peeps adjusting their trarararas. Trifley, I'm going to Umina. .. Girlfriend (widow) I met in my town about 2-3 years ago, moved up to Umina about 12-18 months ago, and she invites me up there for the weekend every now and again, in fact when I left there last time, she said 'now when can you come again' lol - we are complete opposites, but get on really well - she loves ballroom dancing, and fancy steps (goes to classes, I don't know that she goes to any dances, as she's on her own) - and cards, whereas I like reading and the computer (how boring you all say!) - Oh I like going to lunches of course, meeting friends and meeting and making new friends. .. In fact at the Probus meeting today I met a lovely lady who was born in Scotland, been here 44 years, and her lovely hubby. I know it sounds like I go out a lot, but sometimes the place where I have to go is down the mountain, and therefore adds to the time of the trip. .. For instance, I left home at 10 to 9 today and got back at 10 to 1, as I did shopping before and after the meeting - so it's really half a day just to go to one meeting. .. I knock up 450+kms a month. .. When I meet Shazz & Co, its a combined total of 2 and a bit hours driving .. (but I would not miss it) ..And yes, I do get tired, lol. Fanny - fingers crossed you have no more problems with that temperamental computer of yours. .. I worry about my daughter not backing up on hers when she is doing Law Assignments. Jood

hello wattlers, dunno what to write, I wasn't even lurking, just had a look. thinking of you all a lot esp sending kind loving thoughts if you're doing something tedious or not feeling too flash. my addition to the'wattlers guide to food' is rice stuffed cabbage rolls' - oven is still not functional so I got them out of a tin, pretty yummy and quick. have I noticed some minor name changes? keeping it short here, so love from Yvette

Morning All, I don't know where my time is going these days, not on h********k that's for sure. Pam and Trifley, I am thinking of you both today. Donna and Tassie, hope Lew's purple pills are working well. Went for my eyes testing yesterday, so in about a week I should be able to see again. No excuses then for the bed typing. Still got to have a further eye test for the diabetes, the one I hate where they put the drops in and you can't see properly. The 1st birthday party seemed to go off well, can I have more Pickles please. Glad you enjoyed your short break in Melbourne Laurie. It's a city that I would like to visit. One day. I am just having a short tea break and thought there was no better way to spend it than with good company. So, Where the bloody hell are you all? Bye for now Luv SuzyQ

((Trifley)) ((Pam)) Your both high priority in our thoughts today Lew, The Flakes will be high on daughter travel tales for weeks . . . probably still trying to revive the poor girl after the shock of the phone bill! (daughter ran phone on internationl roan while O/s without knowing what she would be paying for) OOOUUUCCHHH !!! The weather is a bit like that here too Lew, bit overcast, bit hazy, already this morning I have seen 2 ships come in the Bay, and there are 4 giraffe with stretched necks over at Port Botany. Anna will need Chris to apply TLC after a day at work - sounds like between work and Katherines music the Anna's feet wont touch the ground. Shaz, sounds like your hysterical meeting was most interesting, good on you! Joodles, no matter where it is your going, its still hard to keep up with you - I'm looking forward to a bit of a vege for the next few days, after the workmen have been and gone today. Donna, you need one of those gizzmo's that Vonny has, dictaphone that types up your words . . safe the shoulder hurting when you type. I'm sure the purple pills will work too . . . . . but not sure what's in them . . . . . . never know what these Mudgee girls will grow !!! Anyway I am out of here - be back later after the workmen have gone toodles . . . . luv Laurie

Yes Lew Lew, I do stay home, mostly at weekends, but I'm visiting a girlfriend (I could say a male, couldn't I?????, and no-one would know the difference - tee hee) for the weekend, up on the central coast. I was exaggerating a bit, I'm just going to a meeting this morning, and tomorrow a quick visit to chiro (his orders, - free treatment) - so I'm not exactly socialising :( Running late again as usual - au revoir Jood

Oh Great Queen, thinking of you tomorrow, hope they have martooni flavour for you . . . ((hugs)) We have had a lovely time in Melbourne, leg weary, got to do heaps. Intention was to finish today off at the Immigration Museum and do some look ups . . . but the whole joint was over run with school kids who had no respect for the space of others so we left them to it. TLR said he would take me down with him next time (even if its just a day trip) and I could spend the time researching while he is working. Just missed a call from Pam, so phoned her back, she isn't looking forward to the emotional roller coaster tomorrow - she knows we are all thinking of her though. Tony, I will have sweet potatoe on my pizza please, love eggplant on 'em too, heaps of capsicum and sun dried tomatoes . . . yummy . . .
