Sounds like you had a great time in Dunolly Might haffta spend some of that gold on a Lotto ticket....hee hee Its your turn to buy Lotto this week. Special thoughts go out to Pam and Family...God bless. Well, me King size bed base is near finished, and just a few planks to go now ( sounding like Vonny's & John's boat ).....lol The drawers that go under the bed are done ( nice wide deep ones ) so madam can shove all her gear in them...Quite pleased with the results so far, and saved $$$$$...... as to buy the same would have cost $2000 but total cost so far is $500 and just the bed head to design now.( rough cost of $300 ) Room Painting has finished, and floors sanded, laquered, and polished. Best wishes to all, and have a great day to-morrow. Tony Oz....:>)) |

Good evening all - have been real slack today and read a book!!!!! haven't done that for about a year. :) Shazz, thanks for the email and I'm a bit blown away but have sent you what I know. Dear Ducky - thinking about you all day and also Trifley. Thanks for your words, Jill. Daughter is still not well, although she has got over the mastitis, the gastric and the infection she currently has an ulcerated throat and a cold!!! So have been helping when I can. All the rest of the family are fine and her hubby went back to work this week. Bubs is a treasure and Mia is so good with her. Current pickles of the boat are going out this evening - before and after shots. I'll try not to send to anyone with download probs so if you don't get them but want them, then just ask me. I'll downsize them. Love to all, ~~~~~~~~ Vonny |

Hello my lovely friends saw Pam today, gave her a huge hug and told her how much we are all thinking of her and her family. It was a beautiful service so many people were there, he was obviously very well respected and loved. His colleague and friend John Stanisic gave a wonderful speech, no it wasn't a speech by any means, he spoke from the heart, Terry is going to be so missed. I wish I had a way with words, to explain the love that so many people had for Terry, I didnt know him and had never met him, yet today I felt I did, he was a remarkable man, an Aussie icon almost, one of the best. luv Jill. This is one of the poems that was read today Do Not Stand At My Grave Do not stand at my grave and weep I am not there, I do not sleep I am a thousand winds that blow... I am the diamond glints on the snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush, I am the swift up lifting rush, of quiet birds in circled flight... I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there, I did not die. |

HI WOFFLERS I AM HOME... Got home about 2.30 and spent a hour downloading my emails of which there were 127 so that took some time..I have to say its good to be home .. not that I didnt enjoy my visit to Dunolly but it all went to fast.. I only learnt last night when I rang Jood that Pam lost her husband..I am so sorry Pam and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family..BIG HUGS... Tassie Glad you have had the op and now have to just get well and used to the new teeth..take it easy and you will be fine... Donna Hope the shoulder is getting better..take it easy.. Shaz Sorry I didnt call in but I dont have your address..Once OH gets on that freeway its all speed ahead and no detours..One day we will have a holiday where we are not in a hurry to get anywhere...just go where we feel like..sounds good to me.. It was lovely to catch up with Heather and she is as lovely in person as she is on here. She made an impression on John as he said ...what a lovely person Heather is..so that was so nice.. Sorry the gold was not a bit bigger so that I could divide it between all the Wofflers but if I tried to divide it you would all be lucky to get a bit of gold dust...lol it is about this long........ and about this wide .... so you can see it is not one that will divide easily..pmsl On wed. 25th the suppliment with that Vic. Paper Lara mentioned will have a passenger list disc free with it..valued at $35 so if anyone is interested perhaps Lara or Heather could save you one and send it to you if you can send them the money..I have arranged with some friends in Murphys Creek to send me one just in case one of my english rellies came out here without telling me..If I can get it up and running I will be happy to search for anyone interested..Oh am so glad Heather has given you the correct info..sounds like a good cdrom to get hold of.. Trifley How are you and are you being good.. If not I will find another apron for you this time...with a really rude message on it...pmsl..come to think of it I have to go shopping tomorrow..hhmmm?????????????must have a look at that shop again... Tony That pizza sounded fantastic.. Just a bit more chillie for me though.. Well I will go and sort my stuff out and will be back later.. Love to all Mary xxxxx |

Good afternoon everyone, Well Mary brought a drop of rain with her to Albury – we got a short sharp thunderstorm about 4am, the garden enjoyed its little drink of fresh water, but now the clouds have all gone and it’s a sunny afternoon. Don’t think the rain guage will have registered very much. I’ve just had a cold tuna pasta dish for lunch, it had capers in it, I think that’s the item ?Jood couldn’t think the name of earlier – salty little buds, very nice in this salad. I have here the disc which will come out for free with next Wednesday’s Weekly Times (while stocks last). It has Family Tree version 4 with a Convicts and Passengers List – this shipping and arrivals CD-ROM contains over 80,000 arrivals and departures relating to Australia and New Zealand with references tp over 113,000 passengers and crew. The software includes transcripts of reports and newspaper articles and images. Easy-to-use information that’s indexed by date, port, vessel name, ship’s captains, crew passengers and convicts. OK, I’ve just looked at the disc and it is an expansion of the Convictions: Australian Shipping website of Peter Larson (web addy www(.)blaxland(.)com/ozships). So I think the disc might have more data on it than the website at the moment. Worth getting hold of for free!! Pam, there are still candles burning for Terry on the www(.)gratefulness site, we are all thinking of you on this sad day.(((hugs))) Trifley, is this your third and final lot of poison for now? I bought a pink heart and put your name on it at then gym today, current fundraiser. They aim to fill a wall with hearts and raise two grand for research this month. School’s out, better finish up here and see what’s happening on the home front, Catch you all later, ~~~~ Hz |

Afternoon all, Special thoughts for Fluffy Duck & Trifley today. Donna & Tassie - hope you both feel better soon. SuzyQ - I've just sent piccles of Wattie on hols - would you like them too - I wasn't sure about your download capacity. Hope I didn't overload anyone else - those that said they couldn't I haven't sent to. I hate those drops too Suzy - in fact I want to throw up thinking about them - poor optometrist - I have glaucoma running in my family so can't get out of it. We had some rain this morning - didn't last long and the weather man then altered the forecast for the rest of the day. Looks like the rain has all gone somewhere else - just hope someone needy gets it. Laurie - glad you had a good time in Melbun - hope you can do some research next time. ~~~~~~~to all you lovely Wattlers~~~~~~ Back to the kitchen for me, catchya Gwenda PS SuzyQ - we have solar panels - excellent - we had them in Alice too. |

Hi, Don't know what happened, I posted a message before lunch and it isn't there. Now I can't remember what I said. Jillaroo, Yes I am getting new glasses, ones that i can read in and see the puta screen. At the moment I think I am sitting too close. Luckily my long distance sight is good at the moment. The broncitis is clearing up now, I am not coughing nearly as much, but my ribs hurt. Think it must be with the coughing. Donna, we haven't had any rain at all, my tank is getting very low, so I am demanding that it rain and soon. A couple of storms in the evening would be ideal. Have you all signed the petition on sunrise regarding the government rebate on solar panels. Do any of you have solar panels? I have just been watching David Suzuki at the Press Club Luncheon. He is so very interesting and doesn't care what he says. Tells it like it is. I just wish the people who could really do something about global warning would really listen to him. Just getting down off my soap box and going to get a cuppa, will look in later Luv SuzyQ |

Would seem that all our minds are elsewhere this afternoon - and with good reason. Thinking of you Pam honey, and Mel & Ben and all the family, and friends of Terry that have made the journey to be with you today. And our Trifely! . . . we all hate what you have to go through, but we want all those nasties well and truely gone! (Truth be know, your just lapping up a martooni and found a better way to get the supply to meet the demands . . . ) As Mario Lanza sang in the Student Prince . . . 'Drink Drink Drink . . . luv Laurie |
