JA - you being a night owl too ??? I went to go to bed, but the TLR chainsaw, sorry chainsnore was busy cutting down half a forest so I left him to it. So much to read, you have all been busy today . . . I think we all agree that every kid is different and should be encouraged to plot their own course . . just feed them the facts and let them know how great they are! Our baby is 28 today !!! told him to take a photo of the outdoor setting we gave him a few weeks ago, and give it to himself for his birfdy . . . Tony, I reserve the right for the unpredictable answers to the quizz tomorrow night . . . Shaz & Rob are coming over for dinner and having a sleep over so we can have a few vinos . . See what we can all come up with!! Sure we will have a wealth of knowledge around the table! Looks like I will be going up home about 10th Nov - and staying till the end of the month (should be back south in time for the Canberra lunch!) Then back up home again for Christmas . . . !! House is going to be all spiffy for Christmas with its new roof, and a paint job! We had a lovely evening on the balcoonie tonight, TLR cooked a barbie, and we were entertained by a group of youngins on the beach who had fire works (until the police turned up) Then we had Army landing craft doing night landing exercises out in front of us - first time we had seen them here. Chainsnore is winding down, so I'm off to bed . . . Hope your all having sweet dreams luv Laurie

Anna Report 27 Oct 2006 15:17

Evening all Glad you had a good natter Queen Trifley and Fluff.(((hugs))))) Went to an Irish concert thingie tonight - fairly ordinary but there were a few good Irish jokes. Saturday night and the police picked up a man in the middle of the 6 lane highway into Dublin. He was stark naked. They locked him up and he appeared in court on Monday morning. The magistrate said 'And what is the charge against this man'. 'He was stark naked in the middle of the highway' says the sergeant. 'So who is he and what is his background?' asks the magistrate. 'His name's Paddy O'Toole and he's married with 25 children and another one on the way.' 'Case dismissed' says the magistrate. 'But he was walking down the middle of the highway stark naked' the sergeant protested. 'No' says the magistrate. 'He was in his working clothes.' Well -it sounded funny when the Irishman told it!!!!!! Good night all XX Anna
