What a mob of delinquents. My last time in the jug was at 17. Have been having a quiet read to catch up. Have to tell himself about the virgin. And I was worried about what I said> Huh! Well I've really done it this time .Have a splint on left leg. Did in the cartilege in my knee, and on tuesday have ruddy great cancer taken off my right leg and won't be allowed to use it,the leg l mean, for a week. Lew I sure need some of your pills. Ah yes, twas a lovely weekend . . . Many many thanks to my parteners in crime! Anna dropped me off in Beaudesert this arvo to be picked up by Glen, who then dropped me down and friends house to stay a while as the slate floors got their second coat of clear this morning and not ready to be walked on yet. I will wander back up home later tonight. In this weather they would be dry by now, but I will give them a few more hours before I start walking on them. I am going to be grinning for a long time to come remembering the lovely, and funny times we have shared. . . thanks so much to Anna, Trifley, Fluffy Duckkers Pam and The Rebs . . you are a wonderful group of friends. As Trifley said as we were saying our goodbyes today 'To think earlier this year we were just a group of people with funny names on a website' . . . my reply was 'Now we are a group of peole with funny names standing in a park on the Gold Coast' teeheee Good to see the Chrissy names about . . . means Chrissy is nearly upon us!! Hi Everyone, boo hoo to me 'cause I couldn't go to the party, We had some friends turn up to see Ron so I had to stay and play hostess. I didn't mind really as they are good friends, but they could have picked a better time,lol. Were you really arrested Trifley? and what for? What a hoot, I wished I'd been there, and thanks for the piccies, anymore? Went out for lunch with son and gfriend after we had a look at the house they are buying, very exciting time for them. A very tired Queen Trifley wanders onto thread. G'day Wattlers,,,,, A fantastic time was had by all of us on the GC. We sang a lot, ate a lot, laughed a lot and had a little drinkies every now and then pmsl :) Poor Rebs was embarassed more than once by the antics of us oldies. Anna got some pickles of my tattoo but I'll get Mark to take some more and I'll send them out to you all. Rebs will learn that you shouldn't dare the Queen! One complaint I do have about the weekend.....the bl***y cops put the cuffs on too tight and I have red marks around my wrists! Graeme says that is usual and they should fade in a few days.....not happy Jan! Thinking of all you affected by bush fire smoke.....I hope it doesn't have any adverse effect on you.
