Good Morning Wattlers and Mudgee Party Goers, Well it seems that a good time has been had by all. I look forward to my copy of the movie. Its very mixed weather today, drizzly, sunny, windy and earlier this morning we had the brightest and best rainbow that I have ever seen. Pity it didn't finish in my garden. A pot of gold would come in handy just now. Not much happening here today, Neville was trying to do some work and his electric planer has decided to pack in. I think all our gear is getting old like us. Dreekie, my OH suffers with restless legs, do tell me about your remedy. Mary I hope that John will be fit and healthy in May. I am sure that we will still be here then. Unless some agent comes up with a quick sale. We have a few bits to do before we actually put up the for sale sign. Are you going to try to visit O'Reilly's while you are here? I know you like it there. Sue, sorry I think that I may have missed some thing, who did you go to see last night? I had thought you were refering to your Oh when you mentioned a hot guy. LOL Merle, I am trying to keep positive, but this is a situation that I have gone through often. I just hope that when we finally get away it will never crop up again. I am hoping to disappear from the reach of certain members of my family. It looks like the rain is back, I keep running round closing doors and windows and then again to open them. To warm to keep them closed all the time. And I do like the fresh air. Hi Derek,, No never tried that smelly stuff,,lol sticking to the panadol,, it works for me.. My cuppa is ,,milk no sugar thanks,, How ya sleeping with that cold outside..do you have central heating.. The Mudgee mob are out wine tasting this morning a having lunch together before they all head off home.. some have a long trip of 5 to 11 hours drive so dont envy them, If I had gone it would have meant a 4 to 5 hour trip so I am lucky.. Well, I dunno - I tell you there were so many cameras there, when we Wattlers all had our pics taken together, it was like the papparizzi - flashes going off everywhere. Morning all, am up a bitlater than normal (for me), but not because of a hangover, but because we serfs, Jude (Flakey) and myself, together with Lew had to wait till the last of the Wattlers left, some time after midnight. Lew turned the music up loud, and before long, Anna was singing away, Tony & Barb were stomping around (oh, is that ballroom dancing?) and Laurie, Pam, Jude DIY, Gwen & Vonny, and Shaz as well. Ohhh I forgot, the pole dancing, snaking, and shaking Lew was doing her thing, and Tony was vidoeing the lot. The grand finale came when Lew jumped in the pool clothes'n all. Me, I just quiety observed ( you ask the others). Hope you have a great day. Love Jood

Good Morning Mary, Yvette any abyone else around. Well what will I do today?????????? could go visiting? could go shopping? No I think I will just sit inside with blinds all closed and fan going to try and keep cool. Unless I get talked into going swimming, which I could be tempted :-) Off to have breakky, be back after. Evening All, The bowls went well (we won 8 - 0) but as it was an away game the bus didn't get us back home until 6. Of course, being a good committee member I had to stay behind and ensure that the bar staff got off the premises safely. (that's my story and I'm sticking to it!). Merle, I've been on this site off & on for some time - about 14 months ago I organised a meet in Perth but recently I've been tied up with family history and other commitments. I hope that everyone is well and that those in Mudgee are not enjoying themselves too much (sour grapes!) Ian

Sorry Mary, Forgot to say I have just found my Grt. Grandfather in Dalziel last week he was in RMLI in England and traveled all over including Ireland. He was very hard to follow, took a chance on 1901 cesus for Glasgow, no joy then took a look at cesus for all of Scotland and there he was with 10 brats (Sorry Ancesters). Why didn't he watch 'Neighbours' like the rest of us. Sex mad!!!!!... Dreekie

Evening All!! Sue, Yvette, Merie, Hz, Cat and anyone else. Was up at 6am local time, thought I would catch uz, but I found a stranger on pc, MY 19 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!!!............. Normally not out her pit before 12 noon. Said she had loads of work for College next week, this is after weeks break. Been to buzy with boyfriend all week more like. Nice and sunny today and a Balmy 10c. Off to walk the dog in an hour and take some local pictures with new Diji camera. catch uz latter. Dreekie xx

Evening Wattlers Well I dont know who had the best time tonight, those in Mudgee or us :-)))))) I think I might be a bad influence on youngest daughter, who wanted to come to the concert too. She loved it and it was mentioned there was an AO show on afterwards for over 18's she replied well I will have to come when Im 18 :-0 she hasnt turned 13 yet lol. Too bad about the tatts,mmmm reminds me had better check our own tickets, we could be sitting on a gold mine :-) Cheers Sue
