Hi Peter from Essex (again) and Joyce from Liverpool. Its 5:24pm in the blue mountains where I come from normally, but I am iat the moment n Perth (3:24pm) for Xmas. .. I shouldn;t tell you I have the fan on in this room to keep cool should I?? Not working tonight Peter? I guess all the other Wattlers are at parties, shopping or getting their dinner out. .. they mostly come from Qld, NSW, ACT, Vic and even Tasmania, with a couple from Perth. Will you both be having a white xmas? Gidday Rudes - I didn't expect to see you here till after xmas. .. Just on the quiet, I was able to get our Lotto ticket for the 23rd, woohoo. .. My niece has taken it home to scan at work on Monday, and she will email the numbers to me, then I will forward them on to you. Merle, it was me who wanted a pic of you. .. Seems I have left all my Wattlepics at home on the other computer - damn! .. So I will have to wait till I get home and tell you who is who. Jood

Lara,I'll send a photo when I master the new monster. Quite excited actually, Dear friend just came with her computer under her arm, and it's mine! Its been all overhauled and all I have to to is get it connected. It's much bigger than mine and even burns cd's! so between that and the new monster {p/c/s} I'll be home and hosed. Thank you for the messages and prayers. Much needed. We think we already know what will be said.but God's in his heaven and alls right with the world. Am going to town next week armed with the photo of the bottle,girls, to see if I can get it over here. I'll toddle off to chrissie lunch with it clutched in my hot little fist . Gonna tie himself to a bedpost halfway through the day,and when we get a bit woozy we'll have a whiff of his oxygen!

When too much cricket is never enough, we have the cricket xmas party tonight, its got to be the social highlight of the year(for the kids anyway) . Afternoon Wattlers, Grey skies today and lovely rain yesterday in the Gong. Thanks for the lovely Christmas cards . Have been doing some horrible jobs like cleaning the oven my most hated job. MY eldest daughter will be away Christmas so we are going up to the property tomorrow for a barbie and hopefully a swim (if it's warm enough) and exchange presents. Rudee looks like you will be one busy man next week, but i'm sure you will enjoy it all. This upcoming week will be very busy for me, so if i'm ain't around much, just like to go on record now and say thanks for all the Xmas cards and emails that peeps have sent. Barb has dark circles under her eyes, with the ammount of hairdo's she is doing with people booking in leading up to Xmas and working her little butt orf late into the night,and apart from my own busy week with customers, its my job to do what she cannot to get this place up to scratch for Xmas day. Morning all, Sorry about the name change last night - I was following up a contact and thought if they saw Christmas Eve-on they might not think I was fair dinkum :) Then I forgot to change back. Cool day today. We will be in Richmond tonight for an engagement party and are going to come straight home afterwards. I'll be wearing the OTHER new dress I bought! Morning all Rescued us from Page 4 - everyone is busy at this time of year. We have just been for a walk around our suburb to view the damage done by yesterday's mini tornado. So many trees all along the creek almost destroyed - broken limbs , some snapped off at the base. The tree people are there with their shredder trying to clean it all up. Not much damage to property - a few cars had trees fall on thenm. We were so lucky that no one was injured. 32 mls of rain - our tank is now one third full. Love the Christmas countdown - looking forward to the next instalment. Merle - thinking of you and your OH and hoping all goes well. ((((((hugs))))))) Mary - thinking also of John and sending positive thoughts your way. ((((((((hugs)))))))))))) More storms predicted here today - it's very humid and hot. Seems there has been some respite for the firies for the moment. Not much consolation for those poor families who have lost their homes so close to Christmas.
