Evening all, including this UK mob and WA mob. Well some of the mob are having BBQ and drinkies at the Caravan Park this evening. Vonny & John will soon be home. I (Jood), Sandra, Jude Diy, Jude Flakey, and a few of us leave for home tomorrow and some will travel around a bit before going home. The wineries were good, but Flakey, Lew & I talked more than drank - I think I might have sampled a wee drap from about 3 wineries, didn't buy any. The lunch at Deebs was something else. A lebanese restaurant, we sat in two long tables under the trees. I lost count of the number of dishes we had - and what a way to try lebanese food (for those of us who have never had it before). Yum. If I had read the menu (which was a set menu), I may not have ever tried it, and some things I had no idea of what we were eating. Late afternoon we got up from the tables and wandered off - We 3 came back here for a while after Lew showed us some homes around Mudgee. Trifley & Graham called in for a quick cuppa, and then we left for the caravan park, tho the 2 Judes still did not have a drink. None of us felt like eating tonight, so we've just been sitting around the loungeroom talking. We were pleased to send 2 storms to Lew, one on the Friday night and one Sunday, we kept Saturday free for the party. Apparently some good falls, too. Place is looking green. I do wish you could all see Lew lovely home and the fantastic view. You won't hear from me till I get home, as I have to pack everything up and put it in the car for an early getaway. I have a meeting back home I have to get back for, and then an appt. Tassie - I too wondered who this hot guy was! You had us all in suspense! Merle - hope all well with you. Mary it was great talking to you the other night, I was so pleased. Oh I really wished you'd been here. It is so wonderful to be with everyone we have known for so long. Even the oh's are getting to know each other well. Hi Yvette & Cat ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ to anyone else. Derek, I totally believe in aromatherapy. See yers soon Love Jood

Mary Im so pleased for you and John that the progress has been good. I can see you would have earned a holiday after all your care and driving you have given over the past couple of weeks, but that whats love and marriage is all about. Im sure John appreciates all you have done for him. Wonder what stories will surface from the Mudgee meet?? Cheers Sue

Evening Wattlers Merle glad you had a good sleep and the bbq turned out ok, sorry to hear that himself was not quite up to par, but I hope he enjoyed himself while he was out. I cant say I have had family troubles, I have been blessed up to date with a very loving and caring family, I just hope thay my children can look back on life when they are older and feel the same way as me. Hi everyone, slept very well thank you. Went to the bbq and had a great time. himself was struggling to get himself dressed when I got home from Church and would you believe he never murmered when I told him we'd have to take the wheel chair.Silly cow me nearly cried. It's the first time back in the wheel chair in 4 years. Shows how much he's slipping. Still, he really enjoyed it and is now fast asleep having his nanny nap at 5.22 p.m.!!! Well sir from W.A. if youre that good you better get into gear and organise another one.' Seriously tho' do you reckon we could have a mini meet somewhere in perth in May? Suzx families can be a right royal pain in the you know where. I always wanted a real family xmas and when it finally happened all hell broke loose and we were left with the mess and totally shattered. Thankfully most of the trouble makers are dead now though I must say that I tremble a little at the thought of my two brothers and sundry others coming to visit in April. At least they don't hold grudges and have learned that when pushed I bite ! Wasn't a redhead for nothing Wonder who'll be the first to wander in from Mudgee.

HI mob... The merrymakers should be on their way home by now..are some staying another night.. Tassie Hope you feel refreshed after the swim,, I know I usually do..we had a very light dinner and hope it leads to some weight loss.. My trouble is I don't have to eat it just look at it and I put on weight.. SuzyQ I do hope you are still there when we come through.. We were thinking of staying at Oreillys for a night or two,,(cant afford any more) and if OH makes a really good recovery we will stop in Surfers for a few nights also..I just feel like I have won lotto with the good result of OH operation..May it continue... Morning Derek,, Did you have a nice sleep..Do you have porridge for brekky like a good scot.. I remember when we were in Hamilton staying with my granny and she would get up summer and winter and go to early morning Mass and on her way home stop off and pick up some beautiful freshly baked baps..oohhh I did love them and it was the one thing I missed when we left..there goes the diet,,I am thinking of food again... Heather Are you having a restful day.. Did you get any rain. I hope you have installed a rain water tank,,, Fanny Are you there ,, I hope you are having a restful day.. Merle,, Have a good nights sleep tonight.. butter the dog and snuggle down and don't let anything bother you,, Hope you get to the BBQ and if Himself is not up to par, pop him in the gopher and tie the oxygen to it..and turn it up high,, He will be a teenager in 10 minutes..don't forget the spare,, If you start to feel stressed ,, Have a whiff of it yourself..stick a bit of laughing gas in it too,,really confuse him,, Back later to see if anyone has got home.. Love Mary xxxxx

Afternoon Wattlers Suzy yes I did enjoy my swim, only thing it was a bit crowded, as we went to the basin and it is very popular. For those who are not familiar with the basin it is the picture that was used for Launceston on the Monopoly voting. Now to go and find something for tea, just having catch can. Cheers Sue
