Morning Wattlers. Cool and overcast here today. Might even get some rain! Off for a day trip to Sydney tomorrow to buy some suitable South Pole clothing. Should be a interesting shopping trip. Morning all I'm up and scrubbed too!!! I also hope John finds some answers, it's ridiculous that its gone on so long. My last full day here in Perth, and the temp has dropped at last (as you know, we have that cyclone further up the coast) I'm gonna look for and chase those newbies who were here just before xmas. I'm back - just finished looking at 800 photos on a slide show that my brother took in America! Tony - it was absolutely and definitely you - I checked the numbers very carefully! Only way it might have looked as if it was me was if someone deleted a post later. So - you are no longer a number virgin my friend. Back to look at more photos - very spectacular of Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Death Valley, Mexico, Las Vegas etc - but blimey there are a lot of them! XX Anna

Dont tell me I missed it after all that.Darn. Himself insisted on a shower before eating and I couldnt get here quick enough.The showering thing is getting to be a bit of a business. Won't tell me he can't do it by himself and will only have silver chain if he can vet her first!!! HIS only other suggestion is for us to get in together and rub each other up.! Evening all, spose you are all in bed - no wunner we west aussies complain there's no-one to talk to !!! Have just taken bil & sister out to dinner at our fave restaurant, overlooking the ocean, where I usually watch the sun set. Two reasons why we didn't see it tonight (1) daylight saving :( and (2) an impending cyclone up north which had made the weather very greyish and cool. .. Beautiful meal tho - lovely tender steak. .. Would recommend it to anyone. .. Of course we all have full bellies now. My holiday is coming to an end. .. No more cappuccino's twice a day (made by bil), no more fluffly shortbread biscuits made for sis by a former neighbour, for morning tea, no more not having to worry about cooking and washing up - or even driving. .. Ahhh well, all good things come to an end. Hope all the sickies are well Love to all Jood
