i was sure i said about the weekend. it was a busy time of year. it was fabulous. i've lead a very sheltered life , first time I've ever been to the cross. what a place! so full of ... eateries and entertainment. had the full business at the bath house and felt sooo clean and relaxed. jood, you never said it was a nunnery that you went to. really am going to bed, I'm yawning my head off. yx

Looked at me computer time and it said 8:41pm - I thought - whatttttttttttttttt? looked at my watch 10.41pm - whew, laptop still on Perth time.!!! I'm hooooome - and what a shock, first the light was on outside, its only supposed to go on when someone walks near it, found a note from elderly neighbour who dropped my mail in apparently, she said the light has been on since Friday night - I'd say she must have turned the hall light on when she came in, and diidn't know how to re-set it. That problem solved. Boiled milk over in microwave, mopped up :(( .. Turned all the milliads of power points on, and computer says 'No Video Input' - Damn! .. Thank goodliness for laptop. .. Check phone msgs, all from the Drs surgery cancelling my 8am appt tomorrow and rescheduling for this morning when I was in Perth :(( .. Opened first of many bills 'YOU HAVE NOT PAID THIS ACCOUNT YOUR ELECTRICITY WILL BE CUT OFF' - no it didnt quite say that, and its not really a problem. .. m sure I have paid it, but if not, it was supposed to come out of my account and they've stuffed up :(( Yes Fanny - I used to be a Virgin at Xmas time remember (tee hee), and yes, I'm home now. .. I sent you an email from Perth to ask how your spa weekend went (remember you'n Poss were going away for a *ahem* weekend???) Guess I'll tackle the rest of the bills now - the chrissie cards can wait till the morning. At least I can sleep in - since the 8am Drs appt was cancelled :)) Love Jood

Aha - Miss never-pay-retail is on the prowl again I see! Well done Lew! I reckon you should have got more stuff though or you'll be spending your holidays washing your smalls! Do you need warm gear on the ship/boat/thingy or do you just need it when you're on the ice? Can you please email me the details about the wine tour - seems I've missed reading it which is nothing new for me! Would you like me to take charge of the pills Dr Lew? I have some very lovely herbs and exotic plants - most efficacious - which I could subtly blend with your medications........a cure for all ills known to man or woman! Tassy - so glad you had a lovely little holiday - and I'm so pleased you managed to walk to Wineglass Bay. Not fussed about the snake though! Vonny - you obviously don't have bunions. Old crocks like me who have bunions have to stick to very pedestrian footwear! Comes from tottering around in ridiculous stilettos when I was young and stupid.
