Hi Mike Yes the weather here at the moment is rain and it has all day. We had the footballers over from the mainland yesterday and it was beautiful barbie weather. As for the American surveys about slimming, I think I will continue with what I am doing, no fat, no sugar, plenty of water, and walking 45 mins each day, also having 4 small meals instead of one main meal. I got on scales this morning and got a shock after 3 days I have lost 2 kg. yipeee!!!!! Cheers Sue

Hi! again everyone. Lewella and Liz, I don't know any Essex Girls jokes, but I think Essex Girls are supposed to be sexy. I think it 's probably because of the Sex in Essex. It doesn't make sense to me and I don't think I was ever particularly sexy. If I was, I've grown out of it now because I am 77. Norman isn't too bad at the moment thanks, but he is always miserable and so depressing. I booked him in to a Nursing Home for a week's respite a fortnight ago, but he refused to go when the time came. He still gets taken out one day a week,so I have to make the most of that. I will drop in sometimes when I have the time. Love to all from Sylvia XX
