1 pm here Jilly. We are 10 hours ahead of you. Along the east coast anyway. Hey, anyone else having trouble posting??? It's taking me about 5 hits to get the page up to write a post. Happy Genes Error Grrrrrrrrr!!!! No matter, had my 5 min on puter. Getting kicked off for the second time today. Now the boy wants it. Lazy git should go and find a bloody job.!!! Hello me again To all of you who couldn't find the Money Pit photos - they are now on GC photo page. Had an email from ASL saying the page was not to be used for happy snaps of family (?) it was only a genealogy photo page - have deleted my photos from their page. Have added a photo of OH and oneself after Gooney Bird flight , and one of the MCG in all its glory the last night of competition of C'wlth games,so you can have peek if you want jude 3 |

Afternoon Wattlers, hope you're all recovered from Anzac Day and in Tonys case probably a little bit of celebrating last night. Beautiful day in Melb.. hope its not a last ditch effort before Winter sets in.......I hate the cold. I would just like to say I dont want the nutcases on this thread to grow up...its too much fun the way you are (if the shoe fits!!!!)...lol All those going to Yarra.. have a great time, dont forget to take lots of pickies and some lozenges for the sore throats... Thanks YV, I will have a look at the photos in a second. What's ASL's problem! I mean if you leave the photos on there for 50 years, some of your future rellies will be able to look at them!, LOL. Silly Jilly, time for you to have a little snooze, me thinks. Nighty night, hope your head's okay in the morning. I've been having trouble too Rebs. Lew Lew - I've just got home. I did actually just win a bid on a book called BORDER CITY HISTORY OF ALBURY by W.A. BAYLEY Revised & enlarged edition published in 1976 by Weston & Co, Kiama. 239 pages, illustrated, indexed, 22.5cm x 14 cm. This book traces in words and photos the development of Albury from a bark hut beside the river through it's golden years, until the 1970's. The book has a dust jacket which has a few wear marks on it but overall the book is in excellent condition. There are no tears or creases on the inside pages. and as I had rellies there, thought I'd buy it. I noticed the girl had other books for sale, that's why I mentioned the Griffith one. Jood |
