Thank you Diana for the reminder as I never noted the date down but I am so sorry I never got to meet her. She was an inspiration and she would have been so proud of you walking The Great Wall and the Sahara Walk all you people are doing shortly and I know Gaynor will be there in spirit and in your hearts. I will be saluting her also on the 9th

Thank you, Diana, for this. Although I never met Gaynor........... so easy to remember, impossible to forget. Amazing, wasn't it to see a thread by Pauline Fear? :-)

I only joined in September, so of course I never knew Gaynor. However, she must have been a very special lady to have left so many grieving friends behind, who all have such wonderful memories of her. So, if no one minds, I shall raise a glass to her too. Jay

Hi Pink - I mentioned our Gaynor's birthday on the relay thread - and suggested a doughut with a candle in for GB. That would have been the sort of thing that would have made her laugh. Last year's birthday will always stay with me. I was so glad to have seen her. Happy Birthday Gaynor. We'll never forget you. Mags xxxx
