Fred ...Do you mean connie onnie butties?? I loved them but that was before anyone knew about cholesterol. I used to make my Grandads 'carry out' and we mixed tea leaves with the Connie onnie and he added the water to make a brew while at work! I loved the connie onnie when it went hard around the edge of the tin. Also loved a good dripping crust with loads of salt. Now I feel sad at all the past goodies that are no longer allowed. Beryl x

er Imelda....too young sorry re shoes..lol Lesley the shoes were too wee anyway......Mum couldn't get my size so she said 'You will grow in to them' see posh....PMSL Karen....meat in your scouse ....musta been pinched......sorry....:-) Alter we used to go to New Brighton just for a bag of chips.....cos they changed the fryers once a month there X
