Hi everyone, Liz has kindly said she will check out which bar we will be meeting at as I have got several things going on in my private life at the moment, so not much spare time what with work, family etc. So far I have 16 names on the list (page 3 of this thread) Can those who are definitely coming check their name is on the list and confirm they are coming please. If anyone needs directions or would like to be meet at the station, post on here, and hopefully we can sort things out. Not long to go now, looking forward to seeing everyone on the 20th. Frances

Yvette, as it looks as though I can come now, I'll contact Chris and hopefully travel with her. Just need to check train times and please do you have a street name for the Nelson Hotel? Daisy

Hi Daisy, Glad you are able to come! The Nelson Hotel is directly opposite the train station. As you come out of the station walk towards the traffic lights/crossroads and you can see the Nelson across the bridge. You can`t miss it!! Frances

Have just checked with the Swallow Nelson Hotel and the bar that is available at the time we need is the Quarterdeck Bar, which can easily be accessed from the rear entrance near the car park or the entrance on Prince of Wales Road, just across from the Railway station. (Have a look back at postings on this thread for directions to carpark etc) There will be bar stools, high back chairs and tables, and food can be ordered there too. Should be a jolly afternoon - there is an outside area too which will be nice if it is a warm day as the hotel is next to the river. See you all there, (probably several people will wear pink or have mini pink Gaynor Bears with them so easy to find us.) Liz

It looks like we will be having another meet in September then! I have just emailed Sue to let her know, hopefully she will look in later. We will have to start another thread after this meet has taken place - two in one year - not bad for Norwich! Frances
