Well, I have popped in again. To tell you it is pouring with rain! Xtremely windy with rain lashing down. Really enough to make you frown. Yes, the slates are rattling, draughts creeping in. The rain on the windows makes such a din. Zinnias will not grow until spring. I wonder what tomorrow will bring.

Really hate my cooking so I know how you feel. Though some people think cooking is no big deal! Stew or simmer, roast or boil, Toast or deep fry in sunflower oil. Television programmes show you how its done I still don't think its any fun!

Just the thing , never thought all that cooking better bought Kith and kin they all do come will top them up with a glass of rum Least they do not like my cooking a glass of rum and they won't be looking My rhymes are dreadful I must say a glass of port and I'll go away

Goodness Jennifer and Crispy are very keen to garden in the cold they should be seen

Promised myself, to spend an hour, in the Garden, just like a flower, looking pretty, smelling good, giving out so much POWER.

Vowed I'd not touch any more mince pies If I do it will put several pounds on my thighs Well suppose I could have a fruit salad instead and cut back on fattening cakes and bread Xpect we have all put on a few pounds perhaps I should do a few leaps and bounds Yes, exercise would do me good I think but I'd rather sit here with you and have a drink
