okey - I'm working that day until 6pm so there'd better be some stalwarts still going strong after that. Unless I do a sickie - but then someone else would need to pay me my wages that day - you could have a whip round?? If you could do it somewhere in Canary Wharf then obviously I'd be able to come and get drunk in my lunch break too - but I understand that the docks are considered the *rse end of nowhere when it comes to London (tho would be VERY useful for all foreign visitors from north of IKEA Brent Cross who could fly into City Airport) if it's the Shakespears then I won't get there til later as that's as far as you can go into London fron the East without starting to go out of it again (if you get me)

Hi Carol Date is the 30th Sept Time is normally 12pm ish Venue, we dont have yet, but I do like the food that they serve in The Cole House near Charing X stn. yummy pies and burgers hint, hint.............lol Suzy :o) x

Daisy Its on the Strand a minute or so walk from Charing X station, opp the Strand Palace Hotel. Isn't Charing X on the Northern line? Suzy :o) x

Hello Suzy yes it is on the northern line.. also on Bakerloo line :-)))) you can also walk from Embankment, tho you have to climb a hill to get to the strand :((((( You come you right next to Charing cross station Embankment is on district and circle lines. Daisy Charing cross to Coal hole is easily walkable, tho is can get busy so you might have fun dodging people to avoid having cake on the floor or worse

All being well this end i will be there on the 30th, Daisy, i could always get the train to Cambridge and travel down with you if you want, i remember the way to the Coal Hole :-) Yvette
