Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation. The LORD God is my strength. Habakkuk 3: 17-19 David |

For it is by God`s grace that you have been saved through Faith. It is not the result or your own efforts, but Gods gift,so that no one can boast about it. God has made us what we are, and in our union with Christ Jesus He has created us for a life of good deeds, which He has already prepared for us to do. Ephesians 2 v 8-10. |

Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate; for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. King James Version. |

Psalm 23 The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil; for thou are with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou annointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. King James Version. |

Let not your heart be troubled; You believe in God, believe also in Me. In my Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. John 14. 1-3 New King James Bible. |

'My response is to get down on my knees before the Father................... I ask him to strengthen you by his Spirit - not a brute strength but a glorious inner strength - that Christ will live in you as you open the door and invite him in. And I ask him that, with both feet planted firmly on love, you'll be able to take in with all Christians the extravagant dimensions of Christ's love. Reach out and experience it's breadth! Test it's length! Plumb the depths! Rise to the heights. Live full lives! Live in the fullness of God.' Ephesians 3 v 14 - 19 The Message. |

This I command you, to love one another. John 15 v 13,14,17. Revised Standard Version TUESDAY: As for you my brothers, you were called to be free. Instead, invite some people who never get invited out, the misfits from the wrong side of the track. You'll see, and experience, a blessing. They won't be able to return the favour but the favour will be returned - oh, how it will be returned! - at the resurrection of God's people. Luke 14 exerpts 7 - 12 The Message. |
