Lou, i was very close to my nan, she died when i was 18, i have her photo in the room i'm in now, and my dads, i did wonder about my pc going funny and then it was ok later, it's going great guns now!!!! my nan gave me a family bible just after Great Gran died, i was about 11--12 at the time, and i always remember her sitting with me by the fire [ coal fires then!] and she told me who was who, and i've never forgotten, i've had that bible ever since! that's by my computer and i leave it there because i believe it has brought me luck in tracing my family tree, i wont put it away! she also bought me a cross when i was little and i still wear it to this day!! i think and talk about her everyday, she's been gone now 37 years, but she was lovely. By the way he is supposed to be going out tomorrow and saturday night so I hope to get as many done as possible. The problem is for us all that the computer is so slow. When it is face to face or on the phone it is so much quicker. This is why it takes so long and sorting it out. I must thank the spirits for hanging on for an hour at a time where as they usually are 15 minutes. I can't see a way of speeding it up. Does anyone else have any suggestions? |
