Well they are together now. They get on fine now and realise how silly they were. I don't know if this is too personal but did you use to cry in your bedroom when they were arguing?

Auburn'ish hair in his younger day and glasses later on

Unknown Report 8 Jun 2006 22:36

Did he have sort of auburn hair and glasses?

Mags

Mags Report 8 Jun 2006 22:36

Sometimes.

Was she afraid of him?

Mags

Mags Report 8 Jun 2006 22:31

Don't know quite how to answer that! She didn't know her father. She certainly had what you could call a difficult relationship with my father - who she called Dad for as long as I can remember.

Louise I know someone who was connected with the scouts, had a sister called Alma and had a stomach operation. :0) Joan

Did she have a difficult relationship with her father?

Mags

I don't think so

Did your mum suffer with kidney problems?

Mags

Mags Report 8 Jun 2006 22:27

She did when she was younger, dark brown anyway.

Mags

Mags Report 8 Jun 2006 22:26

Not sure. I've got a picture of my gran in my head for some reason but her name wasn't Ruby nor did she have her hair scraped back. The false teeth is a lasting memory and one very funny one in particular

Unknown

Unknown Report 8 Jun 2006 22:25

Did your mum have black curly hair?

Unknown

Unknown Report 8 Jun 2006 22:24

I can just see a woman with her hair scraped back and you can tell she has no teeth in. Actually now I can see a photo of my mum when she had no teeth. She had a baby in her arms.

Mags Report 8 Jun 2006 22:23

I don't know how she passed, sorry.

Mags

Mags Report 8 Jun 2006 22:22

Can you describe her or is it a feeling?

Unknown

Unknown Report 8 Jun 2006 22:22

Did she pass with angina?

Mags

Mags Report 8 Jun 2006 22:21

I can sort of relate to a Ruby - I would think she had false teeth at some point but I didn't know her personally

Nothing much yet apart from a woman with false teeth.
