wot no Buntings? I thought they were fairly common! Hardly any matches so far. Names not mentioned yet include Richardson (from Kent, not the common Northerners LOL) plus the infamous Halls & Hedleys which I won't mention rarer ones, all from before 1837 Arkle Armorer Common Redhead Dibben/Dibbing Oh, and I do have one Smith - b about 1811, but I think I'll forget about her!

OH has 2 separate lines of Smiths, both based in Lancashire! 2 of his rarer names are Attlebury and Turnock with all those Smiths about, they didn't stand a chance!
