Good morning Mommy & Everyone, What a beautiful day it is here in Horwich. I was so busy at work yesterday with Diane,I learned how to make club sandwiches and lots of other sorts as well-I worked very hard. When Harry came home from school we played for a while and then Harry took me to his Grandma`s house and we slept there. After school and work today Mommy we are going up Rivington Pike and Diane says she will take my photo -it looks very steep from down here -I hope my little pink legs will make it! We are doing this in memory of Auntie June who thought it was a good idea for me to walk up there. I have bought some minutes to play Jacky`s ticktock game and if we win mommy I will be sharing the prize between the Pink fund and Jacky`s charity:)) All for now Lots of love Gaynor & Diane x Ps Marion and Diane are sorting out the time of the handover for sunday x

ooooh GB, I know Rivington Pike very well, we take the dogs up there. Lots of paths and secret places----take care to hold Diane's hand all the time and don't go wandering off. We can see it from our house--will think of you. Gloria :-))))

Good morning Mommy & Everyone, Oh my goodness -I did it -I walked up Rivington Pike -what a wonderful view it was as well. Gloria we waved to you from the top did you see us?? I had my photo taken with Harry on the way up and at the top. Diane says she will attempt(!) to put the photos on the relay site tomorrow. We are meeting Marion at the LDS Chorley tomorrow at 10.30 . Hi Mommy Diane has now managed to put the photos on the relaysite. I have just been visited by Horwich Firebrigade-and had my photo taken in the fire engine . The children were very excited and got to sit in the fire engine with me. Lots of love GB xx

Hi All, can I just add a few words to drum up some support at the changeovers. Last tuesday Julie and her daughter Jess, handed Gaynor to me, we were on our own. Same day, I handed Gaynor to Diane, once again we were on our own. This morning Diane, Lee and Harry handed Gaynor to Marion. Apart from myself there was no one else there. Surely there are some of you out there who could come to a changeover just to give support, it would make it more of an occasion. That's it --finished my little 'few words'. Gloria :-))))

Hi Marion & Gloria, Lovely to see you both again. Harry did well -tears weren`t far away but he kept a ' stiff upper lip' bless him:)) Marion I hope you have as much fun with GB as we have had and am looking forward to seeing your photo`s and reading of her adventures. Jenny am waiting to see if the Firebrigade are donating as they said they would-hopefully will know sometime this week. Harry has asked me to ask you if you have any little GB`s as I missed getting one when you were selling them.Please let me know! The LDS centre has lovely landscaped gardens and it was so peaceful and sunny there this morning it was a nice place for the handover. Good morning all. Sorry I have not been around this weekend due to family commitments. Diane, Lee and Harry a Big thank you to you all for making GB's stay with you such a good one. I am sure she thoroughly enjoyed herself as much as you have appeared to. Its been lovely catching up with GB's antics. Will go and look at photo's next. Diane, I think my daughter in the Midlands has a spare mini GB. Leave it with me and I will see what I can do. Jenny.x

Good morning Mommy and everyone, Well i've arrived safe and sound at Marions house after saying goodbye to Diane Harry and Lee at the handover ..... For Harry X... The church grounds were beautiful and sunny and the wild flowers were we sat for our picture were a treat. Hello to Gloria as well who came to see me a big hug for you, I had a relaxing afternoon with my new friends Craig, Dec's and Gary. we sat out under the gazebo and had cool drinks and snacks and played board games it was really good to learn all the games I'm going to work in the Taxi with Marion and i will get to meet David and Chloe and some of the children at school then i will be meeting Margaret i'll let you know how it all went tomorrow i'm going for brekki now yoghurt toast and juice. I'm having some pictures of me and my new friends the bedtime buddies put on the pictures site if Marion can do it We are hoping to sell specail numbers between 1 and a 1000. at £1.00 each all proceed (minus postage cost for sending the buddies to the 3 winner) to the gaynorbear relay fund .. Once again my apologises for not being around yet again. Son's Partner, 36 weeks pregnant has been taken into hospital with pains in upper abdomen. She also has a high level of Protein in her 'water' and hospital is worried about Toxemia. They are monitoring her constantly. Marion, sorry I have not been in touch yet. Can you let me know what plans you have for Gaynor Bear and how long you need her for. I have not yet got in touch with Gaynor. I know she has been away for a few days, but not sure if she is back yet. Marion was to pass GB onto Ade, but June had not heard from him for ages so presumed he would not be available. We now have to get GB from Marion, nearer to Gaynor and John. Once I know what plans Marion and Gaynor have for GB I can then work on the best way forward. Even if it means me picking up from Marion, passing to Gaynor, having a few days in Blackpool if we can get B&B ???? As you all know, the plan was for me to pick up GB, Beau Bear and all belongings from June the last weekend in July. Hubby is available to bring me in the car, rather than train from 25th-30th July and we intended to stay at least one night in Blackpool. Jilly in Scotland is down in Berwick for a few days the next week and I can easily pass GB for her 'Scottish Tour' I have been in touch with Jules of the Desert and she says if it helps everyone she will not mind if she does not get GB. Cheers Anne and Jilly. Anne I just worry about bothering Gaynor at the mo. Hope to get things sorted asap. so we can book B&B. it will be awkward for me if I have to pick up both GB and Beau and all belongings and do it all by three trains on my own. Jilly, just you get yourself fit and well, it was great seeing you all the other weekend. Edinburgh is not too far if we are delayed for any time. I am expecting my first Granddaughter to be born earlier rather than later. But also know that the other two Daughters and my four Grandsons will decend on me within a day when she is finally born. Bet you any money SHE arrives this coming weekend when Hubby is in Amsterdam for three days. Jenny xx
