I can imagine that sometimes you get more than one person (spirit) coming through at once? If you've got a couple of strong personalities then I imagine it must be hard to seperate them? How long is Hubby's foot in plaster for? I bet you'll be glad when he's better ;-) Kaye x |

I struggle with some people though Kaye. I find it very easy to connect with you, julia, Jeanette, sue in Otley and Sheila Wray. Must be the psychic people that are easier to do. Some people manage to block it without realising it. |

Have a look at the bupa website julia. there is an article about a study into fish oils with children. symptoms of lack of omega 3 oils are allergies poor concentration memory problems depression excessive mood swings undue anxiety difficuly sleeping problems with reading (letters appear to move or blur) |
