Hi Joan. Like i told Jan, I moved to my home in the 70s. It has changed now. You would not recognise the lane now with there change of bussnesses.(Too many ssssess). I had to go to a school in Newcastle in the 70s at some point. But burton school nolonger stands. only the gym remains now. the rest is a community centre. Vanessa |

Hi Jan. I have seen you floating around here but too shy to say hello!! (If you met me you would disagree!!). I have not alwayed lived in York. I had a stint in Rochdale when i was young for 5 years but you always come home to the places you know. I have lived in this street now for 28 years!! I feel old now. When i was young i went to carr infant and junior then beckfield lane schools. Vanessa |
