Hi LL. I am amazed at how many come from in and around York. What a great thread you have put up. I have just discovered my mothers cousin on Genes. The family waffle he told me was amazing!! He made the McKegg family in Walmgate sound like the mafia of York in the late 1800`s to the middle 1900`s. I met him for the first time today and was fasinated by what he had to tell me. Vanessa

For Clare Walker, Tickhill is just off the A1 (M) between junctions 34 and 35 between Maltby and Bawtry (although closer to Maltby. Also it is nearer to Rotherham than Sheffield. Hope this helps. LL
