moving slightly off on a tangent (you are so in trouble) reminds of a funny episode in my life which some may appreciate,other may not,but its just my warped sense of humour...... Picture a rather bored me aged about 28 working in a hospital (one of my many occupations) ,had only been there 3 months and had been appropriated mortuary duties and strange night shift arrangement whereby I woked 7 x 12 hour nights,with a week off,followed by the same again- first 2 hours was on the switchboard wearing collar and tie,followed by locking the front door,and cleaning the hospital theatre in pyjamas and slippers-not a hair out of place-it had to be perfect-then chnage back collar and tie for the early hours of the morning to do the switchboard again.........bizarre job...... anyway,in so doing i got to see the quirks of the place and its workers...including a girl about my age working in the hospital theatre as the anaethestists assistant (skilled job fair play)-but she was a manchester united supporter and found it highly iritating to see a team poster in the theatre prep room along with loads of cudly toys(how on earth this was allowed in a sterile room god knows).........it came to Valentines Day and muggins here often had to do the internal mail,so I thought there is no chance the deliverer will be suspected.......... now- what to send -let me see???......I remembered having Manchester Tart as a kid,bit like the Bakewell one,so I went down to town to M&S to see on the off chance that they had it in-good old Marksies came up trumps.........so one Manchester Tart duly purchased.................posted it to this anaethistist Manc supporter in the internal mail.........all her mates thought it hilarious ,she didnt ,pmsl and went to the deputy hospital manager and made a complaint of sexual harrasment.....!!!! FFS...I thought..........I only had it dropped after the theatre sister twisted my very reluctant arm to apologise......... Pmsl.......such is life
