Lol, Lynda - you're hard pushed to find a blessed shop there never mind one that's choosy about it's soup!! A lot of it is hyped up for the sake of the tourists - the Campbell's got the blame but it was a Drummond who made sure it was done.. |

Funny Woody, how after all these years there is still the Campbell, macDonald feud !! My mum was a MacKenzie... I must be mad Lynda but he will behave ..We have a little boat moored at the bottom of the garden and will take him out to see the seals and our own otter...our own little ' Ring of Bright Water '.. |

Lynda, my maiden name was Campbell!! Years ago we went to the visitor's centre at Glencoe...As we were going through the turnstile the fire alarm went off (someone burnt the toast!)...My husband with a dead pan expression said 'That's to warn everyone a Campbell's on the premises'...Lucky he's not a MacDonald!!! I have the Atlantic at the bottom of the garden, with views out to Eigg and Rhum...The best sunsets in the world....We often sit on the bench on our coast, well it is the Queen's coast, with a bottle of wine ! |

We'd probably rattle about in a function room! I wonder do they just have a lounge, maybe a resident's lounge or something, we'd probably be gone before visitors came in for the night. I'm trying to organise things so I can get there... It's my grandson's 3rd birthday on 20th August so have to call in favours for then and for Marymas Fair next Saturday as well, hope I still have the knack of getting time off!!. |

What a shame Ros and Elaine.. Woody was going to book a table at the Nevis Hotel for 11am to 4ish..29th August Have provisionally booked a function room but that is too big.. Will go in next week to have a look..Probably Tuesday.. |
