Hey!!!....I have just logged in and read this thread through from the beginning and I am shocked that it is turning into a battlefield! This is not the reason for this thread. I was merely remarking on how nice it is to be able to post without fear of reprisals....looks like I spoke to soon! To those of you who have added positive replies to this thread...hello :)) and I hope you, like me, will rise above the bickering and continue to enjoy this brilliant site. I have been a member since December 2002 but let my membership lapse because I was too busy to look in and to do my research but rejoined after a while when I found I had more time on my hands. I hope the arguments will stop...a healthy debate is one thing...but please...no more childish bickering! Thank you Linda

Ok Buffalo, I still don't understand what you mean. I haven't made sweeping statements or swept people under the carpets, to my knowledge but, if I have, I will delete those comments if you could draw my attention to which posts I have made them on.

Its also a shame nothing was done about the first 'Other'site. and its members......... ..........................then Gr wouldnt be having this trouble now :o((( I too am leaving this thread.its not worth it

Oh please, please, please NO MORE. This thread is begining to turn into a slanging match, I think Linda will be horrified to switch on her computer and see how bad this thread is getting.

Maybe it is just as well for some of the members who wish to return to this site that GR took no action with regard to the most recent 'other' site or there would be a lot more missing once the 8 weeks are up.

Babs , didn't realise it was a problem? as my name appears above the post and there is no way of putting a signature underneath, I don't really see the need or the point in adding my name to the bottom. Oh and yes Faith is my real name.

I'm no liar and I know my facts, I may be a tad short sighted but I copied evidence I saw with my own eyes. Others saw this as well. Evidence of a photo posted, a photo of myself now, next to a picture when I was four years old. It was entitled ELAINE DRAGON LADY.. I sent all the evidence to Gr but as it was on a different site they did nothing. I still have the email I sent them. I will not be called a liar Furthermore I wont stand accused of wanting to bring this site down I'm a full paying member, who despite feeling disappointed by the site at the moment, I still love the site., I also have backed the Genes team, when Ive felt appropriate and been slammed on the boards for doing so. I will still do so if appropriate. BUT I will not be bullied every time I post, I will not be hounded, and I will not be called a liar. Sorry to the Genes team who will no doubt silence me. Ive been as diplomatic as possible with my posting, but as I've had a couple of posts already removed, im sure this will go, although im sure the mention of members lying by others will stay I'm sorry Elaine x

Well as I have said many times David I don't believe any one has the moral high ground on this one after what I saw on the other 'nice' site last week. (and I believe I have answered your question)

I don't mind you asking at all.You have done once before. Though I will continue to wonder away at why you see fit to ask me not others. I am a newish member to the boards,(June) who saw people being attacked on here and I didn't like it. So I spoke up.

Debbie so glad you were away from it all, it was horrible, pity a few more hadnt been permanently away then all of it wouldn't have started;; But as I have already stated earlier on here, I am a member of both sites and others as well, but the boards to me now lack a lot of the charm on here because no one dare do a quick witty reply without everything been scrutinised;; Babs

You see? No more friendlier/unfriendlier than before! I went on holiday for a week and missed all the hoohah this time around but it had been heading that way for months. The board was becoming tedious - now it's even more so! Debby
