I'm probably more polite on here than I am in real life, it's easy to misinterpret the written word, so I try to be sure my meaning is clear. Other are better judges of whether I am the same in real life as on here but I don't think I've come as a surprise to anyone I've met. I don't see any point in pretending to be something you're not. I don't see any point in pretending to be somebody I am not. I hope those who I have met have not had any shocks/surprises. I am a bit reserved in real life, am a southerner from Hampshire so can be a bit brusque with people I don't know well. I am a loyal friend once I get to know people, never have been an extrovert but not particularly shy. Like to meet new people, like a peaceful life - non confrontational, like a laugh. Don't like a bad atmosphere, don't like to see people hurt by others. I have to add that I have met quite a few from the boards and not had any bad surprises, all have been as I imagined in personality. Including Diana who comes over on the boards exactly as she is in real life. Ann Glos |

Hi Rose :):) I am the same if not more fun off the site then I am on it :) I don't see any point in pretending to be somebody I am not. Those who truely get to know me will know I like to help all I can, That confidence is something I believe most strongly in, that I believe in fairness, that I do not suffer fools gladly. That I dislike confrontation but not afraid to say my piece either. I like a peaceful life amongst those who trust me and to whom I can trust I will give a person a second chance but only if I feel that chance is made out of sincerity. Colin :):) |

Actually I have a confession-----I'm not realy Posh! There you are-----I've owned up. Seriously though, I am a lot more fun in real life but a little shy at first meeting.I am carefull when I am talking on the net as I am aware that I could offend without meaning to but I am who I say I am, as in--- I don't lie about myself ---But I also don't give my personal details away unless I'm sure I can trust the person I am giving them to.
