Been quite good so far, but missed my lunch lol Two slices of wholemeal granary toast thinly spread with low fat spread, (well anchor light, but hey, it need using up), and marmite, with orange juice, just munched a bit of my salad for tea cos my stomach is rumbling, and a little itty bit of potato salad... Having pasta with sundried tomatoes and herbs with salad for me tea. Only bad thing I've done so far (good thing I haven't got a webcam or madam would have seen me) was nicked two cheddars off OH last night lol. Only three days, but my stomach is no longer bloated...so somthing is going right.

And that Catherine has been sat around in her PJ's all day too. I told her to get dressed and go for a walk and she told me she needed a nap! *shocked* WC....a pedometer is one of those gadgets that measures how many steps you have walked. I did my usual 2 miles again which was 3,500 steps

I've been to Asda this morning to get a load of helathy eating stuff in. While I was there I bought some scales and I've just weighed myself. The good news is I'm half a stone lighter than I thought I would be. The bad news is I still need to lose between one and one and a half stone! I also bought a pedometer while I was there but I haven't figured out how to work it yet! lol

I won't be going BC unfortunately. Remember my friend who died when I was in Dublin? Well it's her Dad's 70th birthday do that night. I virtually lived at their house when I was a teenager so he's like a second Dad to me, so I would like to celebrate his birthday with him. I must let DD know

Awww that's a shame but of course your friend's Dad's birthday is a priority! Sue Smith might come out of her cave and grace us with her presence! lol
