* hangs head and feels so ashamed ...wow thats some good plan * Firstly you have a great eatting plan and no not to much.... I have noticed you eat loads of carbs...which are really good for you . How about swapping them for some protein. Cut out the oak muffin and roll for lunch with a more cooked meat and salad...even tuna or fish...but it sound really good ... Keep drinking loads of water..as for your brekkie I am a firm believer in eatting a big eat what yuo want if you are on the move all day.. |

Hayley - Help.....Think i might be eating too much: Brekky was porridge made with water and just a dash of milk. Added tbsp of wheat bran and another of wheatgerm for extra fibre added a few raisins! Lunch was a very veggie soup (homemade! with black beans and little bit of wild rice) . Roll(whole wheat) with a 'veggie' turkey slice. Snack 2 crackers and bit of cottage cheese . Supper -Same soup as lunch .Ummm...... Little bit of pasta (cheese and veggie sauce)....oh and then there was that banana and oat muffin....oops............well it WAS nice Lots of water in between and several green teas......... How much are we supposed to be eating a day...Think that was definately too much!! Karen P.S I did exercise - 45 mins walk on treadmill (this afternoon) and 20 mins on one of those bouncy ball things this morning. Though usually i just go on the treadmill! |

Jeanette, the best way to lose weight is slowly, one or two pounds a week. Any more than that and you can put it back on again jsut as quickly. You're doing great, keep it up. |
