Channel four say the events in the house have touched a real nerve and is a good thing that the programme has Debated such issues they say no racist events have taken place and let the public decide as Jade and Shilpa face the public vote tomorrow so the show goes on

On Sky news now, Shilpa has been in the dairy room and BB asked her if she felt the row was racial. She apparently said she takes back what she said, she does NOT think this is racial, things get said in a fit of anger. Jade has a lot of insecurities but she is not racist. Now that may calm things down a little, if the media let it.

Jade's Mum has said Jade was Bullied as a child because she was mixed Race, Shilpa has said she does not feel any racial discrimination against her from Jades End, so there you go,, just confirmed on Sky News she said it herself in the Diary room Lilx

Mind you......that doesn't resolve the bullying issue, and that is undeniable.

Adding to this thread rather than the Anti-Bullying thread as I don't think it is appropriate on there. The term white trash is not racist. It is used by whites, blacks, and all colours in between in the USA to denote a 'class' of people. I think it is an apt description of certain ladies in the CBB house. Jean .

No it doesn't depend on the context it is taken in. White trash is white trash and can't be mistaken for anything else. I did not put it on the anti-bullying thread because it is not bullying. Insulting yes. Jean.

Jean, the term trailer trash is used to denote a low 'class' of people. White trash is referring to nothing other than skin colour.
