I agree with you Deb, and as I said on Em's thread, find Paul's humour refreshing - thanks Paul. I'm at a loss as to how to make the board any different. Whatever I have tried has made no difference. It seems that most are happy with it as it is - perhaps, again as I said on Em's thread - us 'oldies' have had our day. |

Hi Deb if I could make a constructive criticism There are a couple of people on here who go out of there way to post an answer or actually 'speak'to a newbie in a thread. A very good number of 'established'members completely ignore you. I have seen the excuses about newbies and not knowing who they are etc etc but honestly if you went to a party and people pointedly ignored you and only spoke to each other you probably wouldnt bother going again.
