Gwen you're gonna hate me. After extension will have about 50ft by 30ft of back gaarden left. approx 1/3rd Fruit and veg, 1/3 patio overlooking nature reserve and rest lawn. Front garden split between parking (approx 9 car capacity) and lawn surrounded by trees. (soon to be chicken run) T.O.R. x *runs away before Gwen hits her* |

Bye Bye Birdie A little boy is walking along on a nude beach. A man reading a newspaper sees him approaching and decides to show some decency towards the child and lays his newspaper across his lap. The boy walks up and asks, “Mister, whatcha got under that newspaper?” The man replies, “Oh, just a little birdie.” So the boy leaves, the man begins reading again and falls asleep there on the beach. All of the sudden, the man wakes up, screaming in pain. An ambulance arrives, loads him up, and they ask, “Sir, what happened?” He tells them that he doesn't know, he was reading his paper and fell asleep. Then they ask if anyone could have seen what happened. He tells them of the little boy he talked to, so they set out to find the little boy. They find the boy and ask him if he had talked to the man with the newspaper. He says, “Yes,” and they ask if he knows what happened to him. “Well, after he fell asleep, I crept back over, and peeked under that newspaper. And that was the ugliest little birdie I ever saw, so I wrung its neck, cracked its eggs, and set its nest on fire!” |

Gwen it's alright to be green with envy. Not feeling that unenvious myself especially as I'm going lose 5 metres of back garden to the new extension. Gonna have to move chicken run to front - not sure what neighbours will think. Tx |

Gwen Well the cons is going to be 4.5 x 4.5 meters floor space dunno how big the actual dog garden is to be honest but that fits in the right hand corner so there will still be loads of room for the dogs to play in but the dog garden is the bit i fenced off from the main garden and cons as thats open plan |
